The Interface Programs are installed in different interfaces, such as Lyoko's terminal, or the laptop you obtain later on.
Each program serves its own different function in the interfaces they're installed.
The currently available programs are :
The Folder program allows you to open any other program from within itself. It displays programs in a 4 x 3 grid, has arrows to move between pages, and a lock, which, when clicked, makes it so the folder won't close upon opening another program.
In order to open the program, you must right click on the Terminal program.
This program is available both in the laptop and in Lyoko's Terminal.
“Scans Lyoko for tower activity.”
The Superscan program's main use is to scan all of Lyoko's towers in search for any activated towers by anyone.
Once it's open, and it detects a tower, it allows you to open the Virtual map in order to locate the tower, and allows you to select any Lyoko tower and scan it manually.
The program also shows where the tower is located with the Tower Number, and Coordinates showing where the tower is. It also allows to see how much health it has, and who has activated it, both with color, and Annex Index. The Annex Index is a number that shows what annex user currently has control of the tower.
In order to open the Vmap, you must right click the top left icon, which has the icon for the sector the tower is in. If you wish to select another tower, you can right click the bottom left icon, with a tower symbol. It'll open a menu with all Lyoko Towers.
This program is available both in the laptop and in Lyoko's Terminal.
“Shows the status of Lyoko's core”
The Core program's only use is to check the status of Lyoko's core after right clicking on it.
In the program's window, there are 4 health bars. A general one, 2 bars, each for a shield of the core, and the core's health.

“Controls the status of several threats in the network.”
The Threat Control program allows you to check the status of XANA's level, along with the awareness from other people.
In the window itself, you can see the percentage of awareness about XANA, and right clicking it will allow you to see how long until the awareness will fade away.
This program is available both in the laptop and in Lyoko's Terminal.
“Shows points of interest in Kadic”
The Kadikeon program allows you to check the location of multiple different items, such as Supercomputer circuits, Rubber boots, or others.
Upon right clicking it, a message in chat will appear, listing all available items, and hovering over the text, will reveal the locations the items can be found at.
This program is available both in the laptop and in Lyoko's Terminal.
“Shows news regarding the current world state”
The TV (Television) program allows you to view the news, and check if there's any attack related to XANA.
To check the news, you must right click, and a message in chat will pop up for anyone inside the factory with the current news.
This program is available both in the laptop and in Lyoko's Terminal.
Also known as “Connect” and “Disconnect”
“Connects the laptop to the nearest device if possible” and “Disconnects the laptop from the device”
The Connection program allows you to connect the laptop to any nearby device, such as Lyoko's interface, or any of the three scanners in the factory.
Upon connecting a device to the laptop, all programs from the device will be added to your folder in order to run them.
This program is available only in the laptop, and is the only program without a window.
“Finds and repairs problems with Lyoko's software”
The Diagnosis program allows you to check all of Lyoko's software, and to repair said software after collecting the data in Sector 5's Terminal
The program has a 4x2 grid, along with a button that, once data is collected, allows for the software error to be repaired.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Displays the status of Lyoko's Supercomputer”
The SC Status Program allows you to check the current status of the Supercomputer, allowing you to see its battery percentage, the integrity of the circuits, the number of Active Circuits, and the Stored Energy.
In order to check all of the data, you can right click to get a message with all of it inside it.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Direct window to view a virtual world”
The Virtual Map, or Vmap , allows you to see any sector from an overhead view, along with any entities inside of it, such as Humans or Monsters, or a Tower.
Inside the Vmap window, you can choose any of the 5 sectors to view, and you can move using WASD as long as you are sitting, or with the arrows to the side of the screen.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Opens direct communication with a Lyoko Warrior”
The Communication Program, after right clicking its icon, allows you to select a virtualized Lyoko Warrior in order to open their Comcard.
Upon opening their ComCard, you can see :
Along with that, a warrior's comcard will automatically open if you manually virtualize them with the Scanners program
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Allows you to choose your Virtual Class”
The Avatar Program allows you to, upon right clicking on its window, to change your Class in Lyoko.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Chooses the scanners destination in Lyoko”
The Transfer Program is the previously called “vmap” program, which allows you to choose between Lyoko's 5 sectors in order to virtualize someone, or yourself.
In order to select a sector, you right click it from the window.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Goes back in time”
The Return To The Past, also known colloquially as RTTP, allows you to trigger a Return To The Past, allowing you to return to just before the attack made by XANA started.
In order to use, you must click the program window once it opens.

“Controls Lyoko's Scanners”
The Scanners Program allows you to see the Scanners' status in a single window, with different colors that represent different things :
The Scanner Program also allows you to control a scanner. By right clicking in a scanner, you'll open a separate scanner window for the scanner selected. In it you can change the Scanner mode (Transference or Diagnosis currently), Open or Close the scanner, or activate the selected scanner.
If you try to activate a scanner while it's empty, it'll have a 50% chance to burn the fuse, powering down the scanner.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it. The Single Scanner Program Icon is only available for any device that's connected directly to a Scanner Box.
“Returns a warrior from Lyoko back to Earth.”
The Devirtualization program, upon opening it, gives you a chat prompt in order to select any virtualized warrior, so you can devirtualize them. After selecting them, the warrior has to accept it. If the warrior refuses or accepts, you'll get a chat message with its correct message.
You can devirtualize as many warriors as you wish, as long as you rerun the program and get the prompt again by pressing right click on the window and using the newest prompt.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Controls Lyoko's holomap”
The Holosphere, also known as holomap program, allows you to change the view of the holosphere in the lab, along with letting you enable or disable it, or making it toggle automatically, or only allow for manual toggles.
Currently there's available 2 holomaps. Lyoko's, and Sector 5's
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Controls the elevator."
The Elevator program allows you to lock and unlock the elevator, by right clicking the shaft, along with moving the elevator to one of the 4 floors by right clicking the floor you wish for it to go.
It also shows where the elevator currently is, and once you select a floor, it'll send a message to you telling you which floor you've selected.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
“Shows Lyoko's Sector 5 timer.”
The Maze Timer, or Sector 5 Timer, allows you to see how much time left is in the maze timer, along with allowing you to see in what state the maze is in.
