¶ Return To The Past
The Return To The Past is a simple program that allows you to turn back time.
It may start to malfunction due to Software Attacks.
This program is available only in Lyoko's Terminal, or to any device connected to it.
¶ Usage
Right-clicking the window will start a vote to launch the Return To The Past. If half of the players agree, a white wave will engulf the world and turn back time. The vote will be bypassed if a Tower Attack requires the program to be launched or if XANA awareness reached 100%.
The program is unable to be launched while a Tower is activated by XANA on Lyoko. It can however still be launched if there are towers activated by Jeremie or Hopper, and even while the Core of Lyoko is being attacked in Sector Five.
The Return To The Past saves your position whenever XANA launches a tower attack and will send you back to that specific point once launched. It is capable of sending you back to Lyoko. However, it has a few exceptions:
- If your position was saved inside a sector that is now unavailable, the Shell or the Network, you will be sent back to a random Tower on Lyoko.
- If your position was saved above the digital sea, you will be sent back to a random tower inside the sector you were in.
- If your position is supposed to send you back to Lyoko while it is destroyed, you will stay where you are.
- If your position was in the Frontier or you were offline, you will be sent back to spawn at Kadic.
The Return To The Past also saves your inventory and XANA awareness.
